Mud mud glorious mud!!!

A great experience that everyone should do when they go to Rotorua. Great price for the experience and other than the 20minites allowed in the mid bath itself, you can stay in the other pools and spas for as long as you like. Also do the Hell's Gate walk afterwards!!! Highly recommend!!

Worth a visit

We took some friends from a cruise ship docked in Tauranga and they had a great time. They were from the UK and had never experienced a mud bath before. Very well run and clean, will definitely go back

Good but wouldn’t go again

The staff were lovely and it was a cool experience but the facilities need an upgrade in some areas, for example the mud pools seating needs to be smoothed off, it felt like sitting on gravel for 20mins and was actually quite painful. The sulphur pools seating was more smooth and comfortable. Would also be good to have a family changing room option. The overall experience was different to what we had expected and quite overpriced for what it was, but still glad we did it.
