    Short stay but fun

Do it for the kiwis! It was good learning about the animals and Maori culture. And the Big Splash was fun. More importantly, every entry helps support endemic animal conservation efforts.

    Rainbow Springs

The place was clean and tidy but only had birds, fish and a few small reptiles/skinks. Not very exciting for a four year old! I’d advise you go somewhere else or feed seagulls and ducks at one of the places you are allowed to around the lake.
