Huka Jet called up to cancel the morning of, there had been a spill which I understand is a H&S risk, however if you’re gonna cancel due to something that happened 5 days ago, perhaps give the customer a heads up earlier, and most importantly ensure that the refund can be given immediately back so that customer can go and do another activity, these experiences aren't cheap and for a family do 5 to lose $400 and have to wait 4-5 business days to receive it back is no customer service.
