It is run like a well oiled machine, if I had to say anything negative about it is that as soon as your trip is done ,there is another group gearing up to go on the next one, not much time to interact with the people you have just had a thrilling adventure with. All the raft leaders were excellent and happy with plenty of positive energy, someone on our raft cut her fingers on the out of raft over rapids experience, Which was thrilling but they were given band aids back at the shop but no real attention. Nothing to make a fuss of really, they are all very busy.
