We chose a clear sunny day, Queen's Birthday Monday, and the views were spectacular from the gondola and the restaurant. Everything was perfect! We were able to sit by the window and there was no rush to vacate our table. The buffet was very high quality and offered an immense range of foods. I was on a low-carb diet and found it easy to select healthy choices. One of the chefs found some balsamic vinegar when I asked. I had a glass of the local Volcanic Hills rose which was delightful. The decor was sophisticated and the staff were friendly and professional.
...then I had some pavlova & blew my carb count sky high but it was worth it!
I expected Stratosfare to be more mass-market and lower quality but was thrilled with our experience and impressed at what we are offering tourists.
