Issues with hours and communication

Simon said... The driver told us before starting the hike that the pick up would be at 2:30pm and 4pm due to weather and that we should not be late otherwise we had to go home on our own. We rushed to be there before 4pm and we still had to wait for an hour on the parking lot instead of spending it on the walk under fine weather. We thought we missed it or you left us. Seriously a short text or email would have solved it... You ALSO need to be on time.
