Our gps bring us to other place which is at the top of the hill near to the geothermal plant so we decide to turn back to the first intersection where we find out the Wairakei is just beside the intersection and right inside the Wairakei spa. We ask the spa receptionist to confirm are we in a right place and she say yes. She open the door to the garden which lead to the Wairakei Teracce and give us a simple map. It's take only 10 minutes to us to finish the walk. I have to say the price is not worth and compliment the place but at least we get some idea about the geothermal and what it look like right in front of us.
