    Sue said... After several telephone confirmations with Go Orange that we were being picked up from our holiday park for the trip to doubtful sound the designated pick up time came and went with no pick up. The minibus has missed us and and left to take passengers to the pick up point without us. To say we were devastated is an under statement. After some frantic phone calls the minibus dropped the other passengers of at the boat and came back for us. The rest of the we could not fault. The staff were all really lovely and we had a great day. But some improvement could be made on your procedures to ensure this type of thing doesn’t happen again.
