We wanted to do a cruise with a few people, that is why we spent the night there (we afford the costs, food, and everything else). The company canceled our cruise and offered us a spot on the next one, which was crowded. We were not able to find seats above the ship (where we wanted to go at first), and the experience was frustrating. We talked to the local manager, Victoria, who promised to give us half of our money back (it was the least the company could have done). She didn't do that and didn't even reply to the e-mail we sent her. We don't recommend this company.
