Come and experience a magnificent sunrise flight over the Hunter Valley – the ultimate romantic adventure of a lifetime!
The experience begins just before the dawn while you watch your balloon being inflated. The well trained and skilled staff will ensure a safe and comfortable launch. You will be ever so gently lifted into the sky. The early morning breeze will carry you above corridors of grapes and across the colourful landscapes of one of the most attractive valleys in Australia.
During your one hour long flight, from the comfort of the basket, you will see magnificent panoramic views. Your experienced and knowledgeable pilot will keep you drifting effortlessly above of Australia’s best vineyards.
The flight will last for an hour but the memories will last a lifetime. Once landed the balloon is packed away and the ground crew are there to drive you back to the Mercure Resort for the traditional champagne celebration and delicious gourmet buffet breakfast.

Meeting location and time: Mercure Resort at Hunter Valley Gardens. Meeting time is usually 45 minutes to one hour before dawn. The exact time will be given to you when you call to reconfirm for your weather check the evening prior to the flight

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed the breathtaking ride. It was the interactions with the fun and friendly staff that made the event outstanding. We are so grateful for a wonderful bucket list experience.
