Together with your expert guide, your team will enjoy a 50 minute action packed ride down 14 epic rapids in a tight and twisting warm water jungle canyon.
This is a white water enthusiasts dream and is a must do for adrenaline junkies and 1st timers rafters alike!
No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training but basic swimming skills is recommended

Highlight of my trip
Kaituna white water rafting was one of the highlights of my 3 weeks trip to NZ. Descending multiple falls and cascades was exhilarating and something I will soon forget. The guides were fantastic and made the experience fun and enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic, thrilling adventure
Kaituna Cascades is such a fab choice to do the white water rafting. All the guides are fantastic, really cool, laid by and friendly as, especially Pablo. They give you all the gear and have extra options to keep you warm, they're really safety conscious and we went totally safe the entire time we were on the river. Definitely a must do if you're in Rotorua!

It was absolutely breathtakingly! Our guide Cole was awesome — he prepped us really well and explained everything clearly. It was a bit scary after the briefing)), but thanks to the great prep, it ended up being easy and heaps of fun. The team vibe was amazing, everyone was super supportive. I’d totally do it again! Thanks heaps, and cheers for the wetsuit, booties and fleece top!
