From a leading business in this industry perspective I’d say the clickets could use an update, the 2015 version has seen significant upgrades, and having zip lines end on the ground is dangerous. Having a zip line system where customers must break themselves isn’t terribly clever either. The staff who delivered the my safety brief should really be less condescending, and including “it’ll be funny for everyone else but not you” should someone do something unsafe and hurt themselves is incredibly unprofessional. It’s never funny when someone gets seriously injured.
