A must do
This is tbe third time I have been to the Mount Hot Pools and the second time I have taken my 96 year old Dad. It’s so friendly and helpful and you feel so much better afterwards. Special Mention to the massage jets that gave my back such relief!

Pools great; music far too loud
The Mount Hot Pools are awesome; always an enjoyable experience. All amenities are well maintained and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, in such peaceful surroundings, the music played over loudspeakers at the pools are far too loud and not conducive to relaxation at all. One goes to the hot pools for both mental and physical wellbeing. But, the blaring, tinny music completely destroys the ambience, creates physical and psychological stress, and ultimately is a health and safety hazard. Not keen to go again if this unpalatable noise continues.

Soak after Mount Maunganui walk
Beautiful hot salt water pools, clean changing rooms and clean facilities, friendly staff, best hot pools in NZ so far by a long way.

Hot Pools
Hi, The discount was really interesting. The problem is that we booked at 8 am but the spa opened at 10 am but it wasn’t written. The hot pools had changes the hours but we didn’t know, so we arrived 2 hours earlier but it was closed ….
