Your day starts when you are collected from outside your Alice Springs accommodation at approximately 6am, you then head straight to Erldunda (home of the Emu) for a buffet breakfast.

If you’re starting the tour from Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) you will be picked up from the Outback Pioneer Hotel at approximately 11:45am.

We arrive at Kata Tjuta (Olgas) for the first walk of the day into Walpa Gorge. Embrace the domes of Kata-Tjuta on your first scenic walk of the day.

Continue to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre to learn more about the local Pitjantjatjara people and the region’s rich Aboriginal heritage.

Next, head to the base of Uluru (Ayers Rock) From here we'll embark on a guided Mala Walk. Your guide will tell fascinating Dreamtime stories of the Anangu People along the way.

Our second Uluru guided walk is to the ancient Mutitjulu Waterhole.

Finally, we'll watch the sunset over the sacred peak of Uluru as we sip a glass of bubbly and feast on a traditional Aussie-style BBQ dinner. After sunset, you'll set off back to Alice Springs. Or if you’re ending the tour at Ayers Rock Resort you’ll be dropped off at Outback Pioneer after sunset.

Great time!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this tour! Fantastic food, fantastic, drivers, and fantastic tour. The guides knew a lot about Uluru and surrounding areas, they were fun and interactive with the guests. The only sad thing was the sunset was hidden behind some clouds however Uluru was still absolutely stunning!! I cannot reccoment this tour enough if you are on a tight schedule as I was!
