The tour was well planned and the feeding was a great experience but during the explanation by the tour guide, my sister tried her best explaining/translating as Mum-in-law couldn’t understand English, and was then told off by the guide saying “…let me finish talking first”. He can tell us in a more appropriate way instead of doing it in front of the whole group. Made me a little pissed off. Then towards the end, everyone was told to get out of the paddock, saying “…. be quick, I had a 4 pages contract to read, everyone out.” This is not our problem whether you had any contract to read, we paid for the tour and experience, not your problem that had to pushed everyone out for your personal problem.
