The room is not sound proof so when we were immersed in this haunted hotel scenario and then you hear the outside group receiving their 15min introduction- safety -rules etc it really takes you out of the atmosphere. This happened about 3x during our game. For that reason I wouldn't go back to do another escape room - really need to invest in either a seperate instruction room or noise cancellation. I mean it was loud, The Haunted hotel scenario itself though was really awesome as to why given overall 3 stars but would've been 4.5 if it werent for those two things I mentioned. For a 5 I think the scare element could go to R18 I think you should consider giving rewards of time deduction for those keen on solving advanced optional riddles for those that wanna challenge themselves however the deduction only counts if room is escaped within the 60min time limit.
