The police are appealing for help after a body was found on the Wellington Waterfront. Witness statements don’t match up and it appears to be accidental. Since this is a high profile case, the Chief called for their Top Detective… You!

To solve this murder mystery, you and your team will have to eliminate suspects by visiting points of interest, talk to witnesses, and solve the location based clues. The case will take you exploring all over the Wellington Waterfront.

You don’t need any specific knowledge, only your logic, creativity and teamwork.

  • PLAYERS PER GROUP: 1 - 4 (Price is per group and not per person)

    ROUTE & DURATION: 17 Riddles along 2 km and takes on average 1.5 hours.

    AGE: Perfect for families. Kids of all ages welcome, but to actively play we recommend ages 7+.

    START LOCATION: Outside the main entrance of the Te Papa Museum, 55 Cable Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011.

    END LOCATION: Near the Te Papa Museum.

  • GETTING STARTED:

Wellington City

We tried this as an experience in Wellington. Was a little unclear on how to start the process - instructions weren't that clear, and the program itself was a little clunky, but it was heaps of fun. Varied clues, and things to find out. We learned heaps of quirky details about a city we've lived in for years and saw things we'd never noticed before. It was a lovely wander through the city and fairly easy to follow, with a few challenges. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and would do this again.
