Perfect day, Perfect ride
We had a great afternoon - with perfect weather - riding around to the shipwreck and back. Would thoroughly recommend it

Fantastic day out
The whole experience was fantastic! Booking was easy, the young man who explained to us how to use the bikes was easy going, happy and taught us everything we needed to know about the bikes so that we felt confident to use them. The electric bikes gave us the freedom to visit all the areas we wanted to see. They are super easy to use and we are converted to the electric bike lifestyle! We had perfect weather conditions, such stunning weather. The views from the top lighthouse was spectacular. The scenery all along the track was so amazing, such a beautiful part of Wellington. We will definitely do this again. Highly recommend.

Pencarrow bike on a rainy day
The staff and bikes are awesome. The trail is great, next to the sea…. On a good day you can’t really ask for better or even a cloudy day would be very good but as we booked on advance so no change or cancellation possible within 24 hrs so we went when it was raining and a bit cold. The waves were great but we did have a great experience, as it was unpleasant (rain hitting your face and we were wearing rain gear but became humide underneath….. so probably would have been better to just not go and wait for a cloudy day or better a nice sunny day to go for it. If you are use to tramping in the rain then you might enjoy it on a rainy day but city people or first time electric bike rider should probably just let the money go and wait for better weather to really enjoy and have a great experience as it is a stunning trail, with great bike and awesome staff.

Problem with equipment but nice landscape
I noticed too late that my saddle was too low. Even with the battery, it was impossible to cycle on the hills. The weather wasn't nice but it was pretty and quiet. I highly recommend thi activity. My advice is check everything before leaving. 4 hours is a good amount of time to explore the area

Hi Jade, Thanks so much for your review. I'm sorry there was a problem with your seat post during your ride, which meant that you couldn't have it at the right height for riding. I have now fixed the issue so it doesn't happen again (there was a problem with the seat clamp which has now been replaced) - I know this doesn't help with your experience, but thank you so much for drawing my attention to it at the time so we could sort it out immediately. I'm glad you had a good time enjoying the scenery, it is such a beautiful ride! Hope to see you again sometime so we can give you an even better experience :) With best wishes, Alex - General Manager
