Hi Jade, Thanks so much for your review. I'm sorry there was a problem with your seat post during your ride, which meant that you couldn't have it at the right height for riding. I have now fixed the issue so it doesn't happen again (there was a problem with the seat clamp which has now been replaced) - I know this doesn't help with your experience, but thank you so much for drawing my attention to it at the time so we could sort it out immediately. I'm glad you had a good time enjoying the scenery, it is such a beautiful ride! Hope to see you again sometime so we can give you an even better experience :) With best wishes, Alex - General Manager

Great experience
Had a fabulous time cycling in the Pencarrow Coast Trail - I had a great advice from the Wildfinder team on how to use the bike, trail information and other tidbits. Had zero trouble in terms of booking. Will recommend it to others.

Adventure out.
It was a great experience. We had picked a perfect day, with little wind, making it enjoyable. The only thing was that they had run out of my size bike, even though I had made a booking. I had to go up a size, which was a little big. I recommend going early so you don’t miss out on correct sizes. But it was a great day out and I would recommend it.

Breath Taking
Was an amazing and surreal time along the coastline. We will be definitely coming back to do that again. We chose the EBike option and it just made the ride that little bit more enjoyable. Was so nice to enjoy the views at our own pace. The teo young boys were an absolute vibe, when we arrived they greeted us with such a positive and infections vibe that our trip started off great and ended even better. Kid friendly also. Highly recommend

Problem with equipment but nice landscape
I noticed too late that my saddle was too low. Even with the battery, it was impossible to cycle on the hills. The weather wasn't nice but it was pretty and quiet. I highly recommend thi activity. My advice is check everything before leaving. 4 hours is a good amount of time to explore the area
