    emmaf9 said... Highly recommended!!! We planned this visit as a point for the kids to get out of the car for a stretch after an almost 2hr car drive. We were pleasantly surprised when we got so much more out of the visit. My kids were so excited to see a white kiwi and have the brown kiwi running up and down against the glass. The kaka were out in force and were even visiting us in the friendly cafe, that, might I add, had some fantastic scones! The kids loved the interactive space at the entrance and loved looking for all the different types of birds in the averies. The Tuatara came out of hiding a posed for the camera the minute we went to the enclosure. We are so glad we got to visit and will be doing it again
