My whanau and I really enjoyed the Wellington Museum as our guide was very informative and gave us new information about Wellington that we never knew so it was very engaging for my 3 teenage children. I forgot my lovely guides name but she was very passionate about the history of Matiu Island and how it came about. The fish and chips was delicious, even my teenagers wanted seconds. The cruise over to the island on the ferry was very calm and awe inspiring. I have never seen Wellington City from that angle and my loved every moment we spent on the island from when we landed to when we left 4 hrs later.We love nature so we were in our element. We walked the whole island twice, we found it very enjoyable and thats with 3 teenagers. Thanks for the amazing experience and helping us make new memories for my whanau and I.
