Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience! Ground crew were friendly and kept us updated with any flight time changes. Transport coaster was very comfortable. Our pilot, Mark was the best! Smooth take off and landing, he made sure we are all comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable of the Southern Alps and gave us info while flying.

Franz Josef Helicopter flight
Great flight and experience. The whole team were helpful and informative. Mike did an excellent job, we both really enjoyed it.

Amazing
Absolutely loved our helicopter ride. Great communication, the team messaged us the day before to advise us the weather is better early in the day and asked if we were able to make an earlier time slot, we were and were so grateful, as the weather did take a turn. We were so lucky to be able to land, it was the best 35 mins.

Pilots Choice - 35mins 2 Glaciers Scenic Flight
Mark was our pilot for our flight. He really did a comprehensive fly over most parts of the Southern alps around the Franz Josef and Fox glaciers. He went over and above his duty as a pilot to become a really great host and tour guide of sorts. He took time and effort to explain some of the lores and histories of the various places and landmarks he mentioned especially Franz Josef and Fox glaciers. After he landed the helicopter safely and very professionally on the glacier, he allowed us sufficient time to take lots of photos and videos. He even volunteered to take photos for some for us and offered us a nice drink with the ice from the glacier! Overall, I would say that this trip though it might seem a little pricey but it is worth every penny seriously.
