Frequently asked questions

Members have told us that an improved lounge experience is a priority for them. In response to this feedback, we're limiting the number of lounge eVouchers credit card holders can earn. This should help create a better lounge experience for all our customers, including our eVoucher holders when they access the lounge.

Of course. You can keep the eVouchers you have earned prior to the dates mentioned above. Lounge eVouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can see the valid dates in your app or online.
