Changes to OneSmart™

We have recently changed our OneSmart provider to Mastercard®, and have taken this opportunity to review and refresh OneSmart to ensure it stays relevant to your travel needs. The biggest change is that we've improved foreign exchange facilitation, simplified the fees and added several new features, with further developments coming soon.

Please note, as part of this change, the bank account for OneSmart loads has now changed. If you have saved OneSmart as a payee in your internet banking in the past, please ensure this has been changed to the bill payee named AirNZ OneSmart.
