A Magical Delivery Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1.   Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions. 


2.   Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

3.   How to Enter:

To enter an eligible participant must visit www.airnewzealand.co.nz/christmas and register their details on the competition page during the Promotional Period. This will give the eligible participant one entry into the draw for that prize.

 

4.    Participation in the promotion is limited to one entry per person per prize meaning you can only enter once for each prize.

 

5.    Air New Zealand (the "Promoter") its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

 

6.   Promotional period will commence 01 December 2021 and close 23:59pm 19 December 2021 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.

 

7.   The promotion consists of twelve (12) prize pools (one for each of first 12 days of the Promotion Period) as follows:

 

a.   Day 1 – 250 Airpoints Dollars - commences 1 December 2021  

250 Airpoints Dollars which will be credited into the winner's Airpoints account. Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member, or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

 

b.   Day 2 – A double VIP pass to Six60 live in Auckland - commences 2 December 2021

Winner will need to be available to attend the Six60 Saturdays Auckland show, Saturday 09 April 2022 at Eden Park. Winner will also need to provide contact address to send prize.

 

c.   Day 3 – 200 Airpoints Dollars & a Sol3 Mio Album -commences 3 December 2021

200 Airpoints Dollars will be credited into the winner's Airpoints Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

Winner will need to provide contact address to send Sol3 Mio album.

 

d.   Day 4 – 787 model Air New Zealand aircraft & 200 Airpoints Dollars -commences 4 December 2021

200 Airpoints Dollars will be credited into the winner's Airpoints Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

Winner will need provide contact address to send 787 model aircraft.

 

 e.   Day 5 – 150 Airpoints Dollars & signed Lorde Vinyl -commences 5 December 2021

150 Airpoints Dollars will be credited into the winner's Airpoints Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

Winner will need to provide contact address to send Lorde Vinyl prize.

 

f.   Day 6 – 300 Airpoints Dollars -commences 6 December 2021

300 Airpoints Dollars which will be credited into the winner's Airpoints Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

 

g.   Day 7 – A double pass (GA) to Six60 Saturdays New Zealand Tour

 -commences 7 December 2021

Winner will need to advise which Six60 concert they would like to attend as part of the 2022 Six60 Saturdays New Zealand Tour.

 

h.   Day 8 – A 1-year Individual Koru membership -commences 8 December 2021

Prize is subject to Koru terms and conditions (https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/koru-terms-conditions).

Once requested, allow 5 working days for Koru membership to be activated for use.

 

i.   Day 9 – 150 Airpoints Dollars & BENEE Vinyl Bundle -commences 9 December 2021

150 Airpoints Dollars which will be credited into the member's Airpoints account. Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

Winner will need to provide contact address to send BENEE Vinyl Bundle.

 

j.  Day 10 – 300 Airpoints Dollars & Sol3 Mio Album -commences 10 December 2021

300 Airpoints Dollars which will be credited into the member's Airpoints Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

Winner will need to provide contact address to send Sol3 Mio album.

 

k.   Day 11 – 350 Airpoints Dollars -commences 11 December 2021

350 Airpoints Dollars which will be credited into the Airpoints member's account. Please note it may take up to 5 working days for these Airpoints Dollars to be reflected in the Airpoints account. Winner will need to be an existing Airpoints member or will need to sign up for Airpoints to be eligible for the prize.

 

k.  Day 12 – Return Economy class flights for two flying Air New Zealand from any Air New Zealand serviced domestic airport to New York -commences 12 December 2021

  • Flights will need to booked within 3 months of Air New Zealand operating direct flights from New Zealand to New York, and at least three weeks in advance of travel.
  • Travel will need to be completed within 12 months of Air New Zealand commencing operation of direct flights from New Zealand to New York.
  • Subject to flight and booking class availability.
  • No changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
  • In the event of any Covid-19 related boarder closures or events it will be the prize winner's responsibility to cover any additional costs that may be incurred.

  • Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™, Status Points or frequent flyer points under any other carrier's loyalty program and cannot be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand's Airpoints™ Programme or any other carriers' frequent flyer schemes.
  • The winner is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements and travel requirements.
  • One winner will be randomly drawn from each prize pool on 20 December 2021, so that there will be twelve (12) winners in total. Attempts will be made to notify the winners by phone or email at the contact number or email address provided on the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a winner by 12.00 noon on, then the prize is forfeited, and a further draw(s) will be conducted for the relevant prize pool. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8.   Winners are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in clause 7), including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals.

 

9.   The prizes cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable. 

 

10.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

 

11.   The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

 

12.   The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.

 

13.   Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

 

14.   The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
