Terms & Conditions
Applications for Air New Zealand’s Conference Support Programme open from 1 July 2014. Air New Zealand reserves the right to accept or reject applications for the Conference Support at its sole discretion. Air New Zealand will consider only one application for the Conference Support Programme, per conference. Applications may be submitted either at the bidding stage or once a conference has been confirmed for New Zealand. Applications for participation in Air New Zealand’s Conference Support Programme can be made by either the organisation hosting the conference or the conference organiser. Participation in Air New Zealand’s Conference Support Programme is subject to signing of a Conference Support Agreement. Air New Zealand may withdraw the Conference Support Programme or change the Terms and Conditions of the Conference Support Programme without notice.
