Lounges & valet

The following lounges are now open, ready for you to enjoy:

Auckland regional, Wellington domestic, Christchurch domestic, Queenstown, Palmerston North, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Nelson, Napier (temporary lounge), Invercargill, Hamilton, Dunedin.

High touch items are regularly cleaned and wiped down. Hand sanitizer will be provided at entry and service desks, bar/barista and printer areas. Showers will unfortunately not be available during Alert level 2.

Food and beverage
We are unable to offer our usual self-serve buffet during Alert Level 2. However, we have a variety of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available on offer. Our friendly staff will be available for table service throughout. We will be reviewing our lounge offering and will reintroduce alcohol as soon as we can do so safely.

Our coffee station will be up and running with contactless pick-up at the bar/barista counter. You can order a coffee via the Air NZ mobile app or table service. Unfortunately, ordering through our iPad will not be available.

Social distancing
Alert Level 2 restrictions only allow up to 100 people inside the lounge at a time. Our friendly staff will advise if the lounge is at capacity.  When in the lounge, please keep to your bubble and leave a seat free between yourself and others you don't know. Use the new floor markers to help you queue safely.

Valet services are now open. High touch items will be regularly cleaned, with hand sanitizer available at service desks. You will be asked to self-park when arriving, where our friendly staff will guide you to parking spaces and key drop off.
