International travel requirements are different. Find out how to prepare for international travel.
If you're travelling within the next 24 hours:
If you feel sick, are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or are required to isolate, please do not travel.
Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to complete check-in and bag drop.
Please note: face masks are a legal requirement for all passengers 12 years of age and older on all domestic flights in all traffic light levels.
Key things to do for travel within New Zealand
- Before you book and before you fly, check the New Zealand Government website for current travel advice.
- For passengers travelling to, from, or through ports with differing COVID-19 restrictions, the higher restrictions will apply for your journey. Please check the travel requirements for each destination.
- Make arrangements for isolation in case you need to safely self-isolate, or somewhere to stay if your plans change.
- If you no longer wish to travel, you can choose to cancel or change your flight depending on the fare type you purchased.
