For tickets issued before 10 December 2025:
Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $150 cancellation fee for each one-way journey
Premium Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $200 cancellation fee for each one-way journey
Business Premier: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $250 cancellation fee for each one-way journey

For tickets issued on/after 10 December 2025:
Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $200 cancellation fee for each one-way journey
Premium Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $300 cancellation fee for each one-way journey
Business Premier: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZD $400 cancellation fee for each one-way journey

F class (grabaseat™) Economy fares are non-refundable
