Important changes to OneSmart™

On 7 March 2017, the old OneSmart programme was closed and all active accounts in the old OneSmart programme as at that date were closed. As a result, you can no longer access your old OneSmart Account, including your transaction history.

If you require a copy of your old OneSmart account transaction history, please send a written request to and include the following details for verification purposes:

  • Full name
  • Airpoints™ membership number
  • Contact details: email address and a phone number
  • A scanned copy of a form of accepted ID (NZ Drivers Licence or NZ Passport)

Once you have submitted your request you will receive an email from BNZ to confirm the anticipated processing time, however please allow up to 30 days.

If you had funds in your old OneSmart Account, these are being held by BNZ. Any foreign currency has been converted to NZD. To claim these funds back, log into your Air New Zealand online account, click on the Claim funds button and follow the prompts on the OneSmart tab.
