Transfer Marriott Bonvoy Points to Airpoints
Members can also choose to transfer Marriott Partner Points to Airpoints: 200 Marriott Points = 1 (minimum transfer amount is 3,000 Points). When members transfer in lots of 60,000 Points they are awarded a bonus 75. Find out more.
Missing Airpoints?
To submit a claim for missing Airpoints from a past Marriott Bonvoy stay, please email a legible copy of the hotel receipt and the following information to marriott.bonvoy.partners@marriott.com.

Terms & Conditions
To earn Airpoints, you must be a member of Marriott Bonvoy and Airpoints, and you must choose Air New Zealand under the airline miles earn option within your Marriott Bonvoy profile.
Joint members may transfer earned Marriott Bonvoy Points (minimum 3,000) to their Koru account. Airpoints cannot be transferred to Marriott Bonvoy Points. Some stays are not eligible to earn Airpoints. Please check with the hotels concerned for further information prior to booking. See the Koru and Marriott Bonvoy terms & conditions for full details.
