Book online
Enter your Koru number when you make your reservation online at www.pacificresort.com, and present your Koru card at check-in.
By phone
Quote your Koru number when calling toll-free (within New Zealand) 0800 774 469 or outside New Zealand, and present your Koru card at check-in.
By email
Include your Koru number when emailing reservations@pacificresort.com, and present your Koru card at check-in.
Airpoints earn rates

Some stays are not eligible to earn Airpoints, please check with Pacific Resort Hotel Group at the time of booking. Airpoints are earned on accommodation only.
Please allow up to 60 days for your Airpoints to appear in your account. Retain your original receipt or invoice in order to claim any missing Airpoints. Claims may be made through your Air New Zealand online account by logging into your account and selecting the My Bookings tab, then the Claim missing Airpoints button. You must claim missing Airpoints within 6 months of your stay.
