Enter your Koru number when you make your reservation via the Quest Apartment Hotels website, mobile app, phone, email, or through Tandem Travel, Orbit World Travel, Corporate Travel Management, or Flight Centre Travel Group.
Check-in
At check-in, present your Koru card and specify that the stay is for leisure travel.

*Airpoints can be earned at Quest Apartment Hotels in New Zealand and Fiji only
- Airpoints are awarded for accommodation only
- Airpoints are awarded at a rate 1 for every NZD $40.00 spent
- Airpoints earning is only available on leisure bookings made direct via the Quest Apartment Hotels website, phone or email
- Airpoints for Business members can only earn Airpoints on bookings made via the Quest Apartment Hotels website, phone or email or through Tandem Travel or Orbit World Travel
- Airpoints can be earned on a maximum of seven consecutive nights per stay.
