Paid Koru Lounge Pass Offer
What You Need to Know
From time to time, Air New Zealand may offer customers the opportunity to purchase a one-time lounge pass for a fee when there is space available. We will offer this to travellers as they check in or use the kiosk at the airport.
How the offer works
- Lounge access offers are made once you have checked in.
- Eligible customers will receive the offer via SMS or Air New Zealand App notification only. The customer is eligible to purchase passes for themselves, one guest and a maximum of 3 children.
- A payment link will be sent to you, and payment will need to be made securely within this link by credit card by the time stated. The payment link may only be used before your flight and cannot be transferred. Access to the lounge will be granted once payment has been accepted.
Validity of the offer
- Offers will expire by the time stated in the offer message, from the time the offer is made.
- Offer is not transferable, and you cannot transfer any remaining time of your stay to another person.
Availability and entry
- Purchase of lounge passes are subject to availability.
- Entry to the lounge is not guaranteed, even if an offer has been sent, as capacity may change between purchase and arrival at the lounge.
- If capacity is no longer available, access may not be granted on presentation at the lounge, and no fee will be charged.
- Additionally, access is subject to lounge access terms of use.
- Once purchase is made and the customer enters the lounge, no refunds will be made.
