No Airpoints Dollars™ or Status Points accrual.


Flight changes permitted at any time.

When making changes to a booking, a service fee will apply. New ticket must be of equal or greater value.

Tickets are not transferable to another person.


Fully refundable, unless changed from a Smart Saver fare when only the upgraded portion is refundable.

Checked baggage

Baggage Allowance: 3 pieces per person (excluding infants) - up to 23kg. Excess baggage charges apply.
