Airpoints™ for Business 'Win a share of 25,000 Airpoints Dollars™' terms and conditions

  1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to New Zealand based Air New Zealand Airpoints for Business members ("Eligible Participants").

    To be eligible to enter this prize draw, Eligible Participants must earn Airpoints Dollars with one of our Airpoints for Business Partners, including Air New Zealand, during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Transaction").
    An eligible participant making and paying for an Air New Zealand airfare booking online at www.airnewzealand.co.nz during the Promotional Period for travel will automatically be entered into the promotion. Participants must be logged into their Airpoints account and select 'travelling for business' at the time of booking to be eligible for entry. If booking flights through a travel agent or TMC, the agent will need to ensure business flights are booked using the traveller's Airpoints number and the OSI 'AP4B' to ensure entry into the competition. If you do not wish to participate in the promotion, you can send a request to Airpointspromotions@airnz.co.nz or write to Airpoints for Business, Air New Zealand, 185 Fanshawe Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010 before the close of the Promotional Period to be excluded from the promotion.
  4. There is no limit to the number of entries per eligible participant, provided all conditions of entry are met.
  5. Air New Zealand (the "Promoter") its employees and their immediate families, participating agents, associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  6. Promotion commences 28 May 2019 at 12:01am and closes 30 June 2019 at 5:00pm NZT (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
  7. The winners will be randomly drawn from one prize pool on 30 August 2019 at 2:00pm NZT. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone at the contact telephone number provided at the time of promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 5 September 2019, then the prize is forfeited, and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The first five valid entries drawn will win the prize of 5,000 Airpoints Dollars, out of a total prize pool of 25,000 Airpoints Dollars, paid out into the winner's Airpoints for Business account.
  9. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
  11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
  12. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
  13. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
