Air New Zealand Limited advises that it has allotted 150,000,000 Bonds pursuant to its offer of Bonds contained in the Simplified Disclosure Prospectus dated 25 August 2011. The Bonds are only quoted on NZDX.
The bonds are offered in New Zealand to New Zealand resident investors.
