Guided by traditional techniques and a holistic understanding of the body, clients are gently assessed to gain insight into how their internal systems are functioning and where imbalances may lie.

Treatments are designed to support a wide range of concerns, with a strong focus on women’s health, including PMS, fertility support, pregnancy care, and menopause, as well as mental wellbeing, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Each visit offers a relaxed and supportive space where the body can reset and restore!
For those wanting to enhance their experience, a cupping session is available as an optional add-on. This traditional therapy uses specialised cups to create gentle suction, helping improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and support detoxification.
