If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time your Discount Coupon will have expired and the restaurant will be under no obligation to honour the discount or the booking.

The Discount cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion the restaurant may be running.

Discounts cannot be combined across different times or discounts to accommodate for extra people or for any other reason. Any such booking will be deemed null and void with no refund due.

Discount Coupons are non transferable, non refundable and valid only for Dining-in at the date & time specified for the number of people specified.

That's disappointing, especially on a special night. Our young waiter (with us for 2.5 years and heading to uni soon) is always polite and professional—he was simply explaining the Bookme voucher terms (50% off food only, with conditions like ordering a drink per person, no stacking with specials, etc.), which apply to everyone using the deal. We aim to make sure guests get the best value while following the promo rules fairly. Glad to hear you enjoyed the food enough to finish it all (our lamb comes sizzling on a hot griddle for that perfect cook!), but sorry the overall experience fell short.
