Excellent Experience
Loved the guided tour. It was very informative. The guide was also very knowledgable and kind. A must do thing when you visit Auckand.

Glass bottom boat tour
There were only few fish like snappers through the glass bottom.

Horrible
They didnt get back to me after cancelling mg booking. and now they practically stole me $20. wouldnt recommend them. frustrating to say the least

for a 12 noon departure.

So you received a text advising you 12 hours in advance that there would be no sailing that day as illness prevented our Skipper from being able to work. As per our terms and conditions, it is normally at around 0800 on the day of the tour when this text is sent - we were trying to ensure that you had as much notice as possible that the tour wouldn't go ahead.
