Fantastic Tour with an Awesome Tour Guide

Indeed it's Fantastic! We were all well-guided and happy. Kraig, our tour guide was so jolly and fit for his job. No dull moment with him. He was so careful in his driving and so informative about the places we've been. But the most important thing we admired in him is that he was so honest. Our things and monies where we left in the van was still intact. I highly recommend Kraig for a job well done.

Feels Like a Relative Showing You Their Home Town

Wonderful tour - we are pretty big travelers so not easily impressed... the whole tour was arranged wonderfully, from the door to door hotel pickup, the snacks and water bottles, and the strategic stops exactly when you need them for food and bathrooms. Louise is INCREDIBLE and so lovely. Five million stars would not be enough for her. She's super chill, totally focused and in control, very informed and so much fun to be around. The tour includes exactly the right amount of talking vs quiet contemplation on the bus - just a little info on a few sights every now and then on the way but mostly lets you take in the countryside in peace. At Rotorua she is an expert on the sites and various aspects and history on the park, takes care of everything and makes you feel completely at ease. You're given enough time to wander and explore, within a set schedule that seems to end just when you started thinking about getting back to your hotel bed. Buffet there was absolutely wonderful also - and I'm a pescatarian.

Awesome trip, stunning views, great tour guide

Rotarua was really stunning, the tour we did included the concert and buffet which was awesome - the concert is a must! The buffet whilst meat heavy did have plenty of veggie options & everything was delicious. Our tour guide Louise was super, super knowledgeable and great company. She made the journey more enjoyable with the fun videos she showed us. Small groups meant we got more attention. Definitely recommend this company!
