Unleash your inner monkey and experience New Zealand's greatest forest adventure park!

Located just a short drive west of Auckland City in the tranquil Woodhill Forest exists an exciting adventure wonderland full of thrilling challenges just waiting to be conquered.

Branching Out is Tree Adventures most popular option perfect for everyone to get out and enjoy the thrill of high wire escapades in a beautiful natural environment.

Taking you through the mid range of courses available Branching Out puts you up against a varied range of challenging obstacles and activities over four separate high wire courses (courses 3-6) each with a thrilling flying fox to return you to the ground grinning from ear to ear after the challenge is done.

Encounter the legendary platform leap, caterpillar obstacle, various balancing acts and hanging beams, each putting your acrobatic skills and nerve the test. Take on our one-of-a-kind climbing wall ladder incorporating a taste of indoor rock climbing in the forest.

If you are still keen for more thrills and adventure after the four courses included in Branching Out you can upgrade and include two more courses for just $15pp on the day.

Location: Boundary Road, Woodhill Forest, Auckland

Duration: Allow approximately 2.5 hours to complete

Important Information:

  • All safety equipment is provided, and all participants will undergo a full safety briefing before embarking (self guided) on their Tree Adventures challenge
  • Please dress appropriately for this action packed outdoor activity - closed in shoes must be worn (Jandals/Sandals are not permitted), otherwise clothing suitable for an outdoor activity that will be comfortable to wear under a harness. A helmet must also be worn, and long hair must to be tied back and low so the helmet will fit.. Please take into account the weather on the day i.e. a light waterproof jacket if rain is forecast
  • The physical nature of these activities makes it very important to bring plenty of drinking water, and some snacks are also a good idea. We sell snacks and water at the park, but have a limited range.
  • Tree Adventures is an all weather activity and only closes for extreme rain, wind or lightening. We will contact you directly if the park is going to close

Restrictions:

  • This adventure option is recommended for ages 9 years + with a minimum height requirement of 1.3m and maximum weight of 130kgs
  • Adult Supervision ratios for this course are 1 adult for every 8 children 12-15 years or 6 children 7-11 years

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome - there are pathways that allow spectators to follow participant's progressing through the activities as well as great picnic areas so feel free to bring everyone along.
