Oscar and Alex were outstanding ,approachable, knowledgeable, and always smiling. They took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable, safe, and enjoying the cruise. The entire crew worked together seamlessly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the journey. What truly stood out was how friendly and attentive everyone was. They went above and beyond to make the experience special, sharing insights, assisting whenever needed, and making sure every guest felt valued. Their professionalism combined with a warm, personal touch made the cruise unforgettable.
