Lots of fun!
We really enjoyed the experience and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t complete it in the allocated time, we had the opportunity to continue if we wanted to. Although it was just 2 of us it was lots of fun, we started off with a band and then the bickering began. This might of had something to do with not completing it in time 😂

Broken lock
It was going well for the first 15 minutes, until we got stuck on a lock for at least 20minutes. Turned out the lock was broken so they had to use a bolt cutters to break the lock. I asked the staff member to please add more time back on our clock to which she replied "I cant because we have another booking after you. Totally killed our buzz. Spoke to the manager, asked if we could do another room but he explained they dont have vouchers for the room but instead gave us some vouchers for the skating ring.

Good fun
We enjoyed the escape room no problem. However I didn't enjoy being woken up at 12 50am by a notification that I had an email asking me to place a review.
