Thanks for leaving a review - we are pleased you enjoyed your visit. Confusing comments about the high ropes - this is not part of Butterfly Creek but was part of a neighbouring business that closed down more than 2 years ago.

BUTTERFLY BLISS
I had no idea that this magical park has existed for the last 20 years. A lot of hard work has gone into building life like moving, roaring dinosaur statues, exciting animal’s enclosures and a tropical rain forest butterfly exhibit polished with thunder and mist.

We had a spectacular day! There is so much to do and alot of interactive areas which are wonderful. Make sure to leave before 5pm though as they don't do a sweep of the park and we were locked in as we were walking our and had to bang on the door for a few minutes to get someone's attention haha Other than that it was great!

Our staff do carry out a sweep of the park prior to closing, so we are unsure what happened in this instance, and will be sure to give the team a reminder about the end of day sweep, and the importance of checking all areas and there are no overlooked areas. Awesome day out!
Butterfly Creek is fantastic! The staff are friendly and informative. The park is clean and the animals are well cared for. We loved our experience and will be happy to return. Another toilet in the park would be good and a hand washing place after feeding the animals also. Thank you for our wonderful experience 😊

Nice family day out.
The establishment provided a positive experience. It offered numerous amenities suitable for both children and adults. While a high ropes course was present, it was, regrettably, unavailable during the visit. Really recommended.
