Louise (the guide) is the big surprise!

Heron da Silva Ramos said... Even if the tour was boring (which it wasn’t) Louise is a treasure trove of information and made us all feel like we were learning a lot along the way. She knows A LOT and makes it entertaining to learn. Would definitely book any experience with her. Hobbiton was amazing and the Waitomo Caves are... ok, albeit short . I’d skip that. :)
