We were inside the cave for a maximum of 40mins most of which was spent listening to a tour guide tell us not very much about the different functions that took place in there. 10mins max on looking at glowworms. I was at the Polynesian spa for a maximum of 35mins again as for some reason the tour was running late. I had 20mins in the spa, 5 mins to get changed at the beginning and ten mins to shower and be ready to be picked up. Then we watched spent about 20mins looking at the geothermal activity. It was definitely not worth the time spent travelling. The food was also pretty grim and was eaten on the bus. Not worth the money or travel time.
