I had clearly informed the company of our situation beforehand, and asked whether the tour would be safe for a pregnant woman and a small child. They replied that snorkeling was generally safe and that wetsuits would be available, but gave no serious warning about weather risks. On the tour day, the sea was rough with strong wind and waves. Most of us — including my entire family and even other elderly passengers — couldn’t get into the water at all. Despite paying full price, we spent the whole tour seasick and stuck on the boat. I raised a complaint immediately after, explaining our situation, but the company only offered me a 50% refund for one adult. No concern or apology was given. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This was a heartbreaking experience, especially for my excited child who never got to snorkel. We traveled all the way from Japan and lost a whole precious day. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone, especially families with small children, pregnant travelers, or those with safety concerns.
