The breath work was a COMPLETELY difference (much better) experience than anything id achieved before. If you've done online studies, then had a day when the group meets up, you'll know what I mean. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to achieve peak physical health via mindfulness. Special thanks to our instructor instructor Johannes Egberts, for his INCREDIBLE wealth of knowledge.
