From arrival, everything was a smooth and fast transition. Staff worked well as a team to ensure we weren't waiting around too long. Our friends couldn't make it and we had booked for 4 people, so they offered if we wanted to do go twice, or reschedule for another tike. So we chose to go twice. It was fun!

Beautiful, relaxing and definitely a place to go to when you need refreshing as the environment gives you calming energy. Will definitely be back to visit the Delux Lake Spa

It was amazing to see, as this was my first time at Whakarewarewa Village. Definitely a place to go visit and experience.

Definitely worth the trip and cost! On a beautiful day, it was spectacular! We even had the opportunity to jump in and swim in the lake right near the Carvings. It was so refreshing anf well worth the trip!
