Gut
Recht entspannend, da in der Nebensaison. Verschiedene Pool Areals für Familien, Pärchen, normale und Deluxe. Kleiner Hinweis zu Massagen wäre toll gewesen. Gibt's wohl auch...

Perfekte Entspannung
Die Deluxe Buchung hat sich gelohnt! Wir waren fast alleine in den Becken, die sehr gepflegt und wunderbar entspannend wirkten. In wunderschöner Natur mit bezaubernden Ausblicken - einfach perfekt.

It's not worth the money
Unter deluxe spa verstehe ich etwas anderes. Wir waren nicht wirklich glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist ziemlich veraltet. Zwischen den sehr kleinen pools lag ein alter Kaffeebecher herum und eine Stange eines Geländers. Drei Kinder tobten zwei Stunden lang im 3 min-Takt durch alle Pools Es war nicht entspannend. Schade!

Thank you for the feedback. Our facilities date back to the 1800s which is when the first pools were built for people to come take the healing waters of the region, and our site is heritage protected. We have been on the site for 52 years as Polynesian Spa. It is an iconic and important historic site with some of the building elements not able to be changed. We do however update our furniture and amenities to modernise spaces wherever possible. Children are allowed in this area as we have many international visitors who have children with them and wish to visit these pools which are absolute lakeside in location. We apologise that the children ran through any of the pools, they are not supposed to run, jump, dive or bring any toys into this pool area and must be under strict supervision by parents. Our cleaners work throughout the day (24/7) to keep the pools and the facilities clean, apologies if we missed this cup which someone must have taken out to the pools.

Close early not 11pm
The facility is beautiful! BUT! We arrived at 9:30 PM, thinking the facility closed at 11:00 PM, which would give us nearly 1.5 hours to enjoy. We were informed that pool use needed to stop by 10:45 PM, which was fine since we’d need time to shower anyway. However, at 10:00 PM, we were suddenly told we had only 30 minutes left. As a result, we barely spent 40 minutes in the pool and spent the whole time worrying about the clock. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Hi Tanya. Thank you for your feedback. We close at 11pm which means everyone needs to be showered, dressed and on their way out by then. We start our evening pool emptying and cleaning procedures at 11pm when our night maintenance crew comes on. You should have only been asked to vacate the pools and proceed to the changing rooms at 10:40/10:45 pm though which would have given you an extra 10 minutes. We will certainly bring this up to our pool management team. We are sorry to see that this made became anxious around time instead of enjoying your soak. Hopefully you can return for a really long soak and come visit us earlier in the day.
